SkillBridge Belize unites training, certification, verification, and employer relationships so students can move from unskilled to job-ready without leaving their communities.
Our proof of concept is Belize's first secondary-school welding and Non-Destructive Testing program, launched with St. Ignatius High School. Certified graduates have already been hired by Midwest Steel, Cayo Steel, Tropic Air, and Maya Island Air.
We are extending the model across agriculture, healthcare, and IT while building toward the permanent STEM U Agricultural & Technology Training Center for Belize, CARICOM, and the wider Americas.
